材料

西蓝花100克,带子200克,虾仁150克,青辣椒丁、红辣椒丁各少许。

调料

盐2克,鸡精1克,蚝油10克,料酒、食用油适量。

做法

1、虾仁、带子洗净,用料酒稍腌;西蓝花洗净,掰成小朵。

2、虾仁、带子入锅滑炒至变色,放入西蓝花和青辣椒丁、红辣椒丁炒熟。

3、加入盐、鸡精、蚝油调味,炒匀后即可。
